Booth Identification
Exhibitors must prominently display their booth number on the fascia for better visibility and smooth visitor flow.

Maximum Structure Height
The maximum height for any single branding unit is 4 meters, inclusive of fascia. The backside of all artwork must be neatly covered and finished.

Submission of Stall Designs
Bare space exhibitors must submit:
- Final stall design
- Details of stall decoration contractor / fabricator
Submission must be made via the online Exhibitor Manual and emailed to: events@allindiarubber.net, ire@indiarubberexpo.in

Temporary Service Badges
Agency must obtain temporary service badges at an additional cost from the organizers and provide them to their stall contractors labours as needed.

Access Control
Personnel without valid badges will not be allowed entry into exhibition halls during setup or the event.

Restrictions on Woodwork & Welding
Woodwork and welding inside the halls are strictly prohibited. All platforms, panels, and decor elements must arrive pre-fabricated. Only assembly and finishing are permitted onsite.

Spray Painting Prohibition
Spray painting inside the exhibition halls is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance will lead to immediate power disconnection at the exhibitor's own risk.

Design Approval Compliance
If pre-fabrication is done prior to the approval of designs, exhibitors must modify structures as required to meet compliance standards along with penalty upto 1,00,000+ GST.

Approval Before Construction
Construction may begin only after receiving official approval. Construction before the scheduled date or without approval is not allowed. The IRE team’s decision will be final and binding.

Approved Design on Site
A copy of the approved stall drawing must be kept at the worksite at all times.

Setup Period Inspections
All stalls will be inspected during setup. Non-compliant exhibitors must make immediate corrections.

Temporary Power Supply
Temporary power can be arranged during setup at INR 5,500 per kW, through the official electrical provider, Exhibitors are requested to make payment in advance to avoid waiting at Q at venue.

Permanent Power Supply
Additional permanent power is available at INR 7,000 per kW up to the corner of the stand. Internal wiring must be handled by the exhibitor’s contractor.

Electrical Safety Requirements
Exhibitors should engage certified (‘B’ certificate) electrical contractors and must adhere to proper safety standards.

Use of Built-up Booths
Working inside or storing materials in built-up booths is strictly prohibited.

Work Area Restrictions
Contractors must work only within their allotted booth area. Pathways and adjacent booths must not be used.

Appointment of Agencies
Exhibitors may appoint IRE-empanelled or external agencies. External agencies must pay the mandatory onsite security deposit. AIRIA is not responsible for issues between exhibitors and their agencies.

Penalties for Non-Compliance
Penalties will be imposed on contractors or exhibitors who violate guidelines.

Mezzanine Floor Construction
Booths 100 sq. mtr. and above may construct mezzanines covering up to 50% of total booth area, subject to:
- Structural and stability certificate submission
- Venue clearance
- Additional space charges by IRE

Free-Standing Structures
Free-standing displays must not exceed 2.5 meters in height or extend beyond booth boundaries.

Joint Wall Height
The joint wall between two booths must not exceed 3.5 meters in height.
AIRIA shall not be held responsible for any issues arising between the exhibitor and the empanelled or non empanelled agency, including but not limited to delays, incomplete booth construction, or financial or contractual disputes.
