1. This offer gives you fabulous discounts on the basic rate.
2. The discount is applicable to the amount space booked now.
    Additional space requirement will be at appropriate rate prevailing at the time of booking.
3. Booking amount is Rs.2000 / US$80 per sq mtr.
4. Bookings can be done for 9 sq mtr. or more
5 The premium for open sides will applicable on the normal rate and not on the discounted rate.
6. Booking amount is non-refundable, non-transferable under any cirumstance.
7. Please fill in the enclosed form and hand it over to the expo office before 31st December 2009.
8. Schedue of payments will be intimated.All payments (100% of total amount) are to be completed by 31st August 2010.If payments are
    not made by them the booking shall stand cancelled and the amont received will be forfeited.
9. Stall selection will be on "First Come First Served Basis" upon payment of 50% of stall charges.
10. Taxes at the time of events as applicable will be extra.
