If you had pre-registered for IRE 2017, you should have received a confirmation email after registration. Bring it to the 'Online Registration' desk and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory. The registration area is located in ‘Hall F’ Foyer inside Chennai Trade Centre. The procedure is same for the International attendees as well. The badge is valid for all show days.

Yes, simply fill up the 'Visitor Registration Form' and submit at the Visitor Registration Counter. There is an onsite registration fee of INR 250 per person. You are encouraged to attach your Business Card to the form. Please note that visitors who are older than 16 years only are allowed to visit the event.

Visitor registration counters will close at 16:00 HRS on all show days.
The list of exhibitors, product details, floor plan of exhibition, conference/seminar program and other show information is published in the show directory. You can also find on the Floor Plan available online, category wise exhibitors and filter according to category of your choice. The same is available in an app very soon which will facilitate a walk through. The visitors can also purchase the directory (priced at INR 300) while pre-registered/online registered visitors can collect their free copy from 'Online Registration' desk while collecting their badge(s).

You can enter through Visitors In-Gate and reach Hall F Registration Area.
CTC has parking facilities for 2,000 cars. If you are travelling in your own car then enter center through the Visitors In-Gate and park at designated parking lots and enter the Trade Centre from Hall F. If you are travelling in taxi, enter CTC through the Visitors In Gate and reach Hall F and enter into the hall.
You can reach Chennai Trade Centre using a metered cab/taxi/auto rickshaw service, any Own Automobile or Public Transport - Madras Transport Corporation (MTC bus service). You can also take the suburban train to St Thomas Mount Railway Station to reach the premises. The internet/Wi-Fi service is available during show days on a chargeable basis.
You can deposit your bags at the baggage counter when arriving at the registration area. This is a complimentary service for our domestic and international visitors. High security arrangements have been made to safely store your baggage. However, we encourage you to take your valuables such as laptop etc. to avoid theft or loss.
Overseas companies can exhibit their products in exclusive foreign pavilions. The details of the pavilion will be available very shortly. Only foreign companies are allowed to remit charges applicable in foreign currency through the banking channels of their own country.
